My Actor's Reel
The Briefest of Biographies
28 months ago I moved to New York City. It had been a long time coming. The first time I ever thought about moving to NYC was in 8th grade, 10 years ago. Since moving to the big apple I've acted in 5 short films, and been on the crew of two more. I have had my first part in a web series, and was just cast in another. I've compeleted two brief runs off-broadway. And I've become the right hand of an artistic director of an acting movement studio, who I've begun teacher training with in Michael Chekhov Technique and Viewpoints. I have lived on set in Lake George, NY as a second-second in a feature length film. I am entrenched in the work of Yat Malmgren and Christopher Fettes for almost two years and been able to study for a month in London at Giles Foreman Centre for Acting. I've also been a security guard at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, taught middle school drama classes in Coney Island, been a property manager for a real estate company, and ran my own moving company. I can easily say I've never experienced anything like this, nor liked anything more.
